What is dnaLIMS?

dnaLIMS is the webserver for the Cancer Center Core Sequencing facility. Clients are able to access data from the dnaLIMS website instead of using FTP software to retrieve files. Advantages of this system include:

• Easier access to files using your web browser
• Simple layout makes navigation easy
• No software other than internet browser required to view chromatogram files

How Do I Login?

• Your password will be sent to you by email after your samples have been received.
• Simply visit http://dnalims.ucsd.edu and enter your email address and password.
