Genotyping - SNP Identification

SNaPshot SNP identification with ABI instruments orientation

Start your SNaPshot project by taking a 3 µL aliquot of your SNaPshot product and adding 3 µL of water to it. After you review the results of your first set of samples, you may need to make adjustments to this dilution if the RFU's are out of the recommended 1000 to 3000 range.

Complete the on-line Service Request for every genotyping submission.

Once data is posted on dnaLIMS, you may come to our lab and analyze it with GeneScan or GeneMapper software. We have one copy of each software program available at computer workstations for clients to use during business hours.
